Patient Advocate / Veterans Experience Office
The Veterans Experience Office can assist veterans in resolving customer service issues related to the Boise VA Medical Center. If you need assistance from the Veterans Experience Office please call (208) 422-1034, or (208) 422-1000 ext. 7875.
You can also receive assistance resolving customer service issues from the Service Level Advocate in the department or service you are working with. At any time working with VA staff you can ask to speak with the Service Level Advocate of that department, and have assistance from the Service Level Advocate in addressing the issue you are having. If the Service Level Advocate is not able to address the issue you are having they may refer you to the Veterans Experience Office for help.
