The Boise VA Medical Center Optician’s Clinic exists to provide qualifying veterans with exceptional eye glasses. We are located on the Boise VA campus in Building #6, our phone number is, (208) 422-1072. Our hours of operation are from 8:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday, closed all federal holidays. Please bring your current prescription when you come for your fitting.
You can also fax a prescription to the Opticians office for a REORDER. Reordering is only an option when you have a prior order on record and your frame style is still available to order. When sending a fax for a reorder please include: the last four of your SSN, and your current phone number and mailing address. Fax to (208) 422-1080.
